TERMS OF SERVICE: Rocean Marine – Miami, Florida

1. Acceptance of Terms
By hiring the services of Rocean Marine, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal regulations of the United States.

2. Services Offered
Rocean Marine provides boat repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to: engine maintenance and installation, electrical systems, and general maintenance.

3. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates are based on the initial evaluation of the vessel. The final cost may vary if additional problems are discovered during the work. In such cases, Rocean Marine will notify the customer before proceeding with any additional work.

4. Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the condition of the vessel. Rocean Marine is not responsible for any pre-existing damage that was not disclosed at the time of the initial evaluation.

5. Warranty
All services include a 30-day warranty. If the work does not meet the agreed standards, Rocean Marine will redo the work at no additional cost within that period.

6. Limitation of Liability
Rocean Marine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the vessel during or after the service.

7. Payments
Full payment must be made upon delivery of the vessel, unless otherwise agreed in writing beforehand. Rocean Marine reserves the right to retain the vessel until payment is completed.

8. Modifications
Rocean Marine reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will become effective once posted on the website.
