RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: Rocean Marine – Miami, Florida
Service Warranty
All repair and maintenance services performed by Rocean Marine are covered by a 30-day warranty from the date the work is completed. If, during this period, any defect arises that is directly related to the work performed, we will correct it at no additional cost to the customer.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If the customer is not satisfied with the result of a service, Rocean Marine agrees to redo the work at no charge, provided the claim is made within the 30-day warranty period and the issue is directly related to the work performed.
Refunds
Since we provide services and not physical products, cash refunds are not issued once the work has been completed. Our commitment is to ensure service quality by redoing any work that does not meet the agreed standards.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: may be subject to a fee of up to 25% of the total service cost.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, Rocean Marine is committed to resolving the issue fairly and professionally. This policy is subject to the laws of the State of Florida and applicable federal regulations of the United States.
