MOBILE SERVICE POLICY: Rocean Marine – Miami, Florida

Service Area
Rocean Marine provides boat repair and maintenance services directly at the customer’s location throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties. For other counties, such as Monroe (Florida Keys) and Palm Beach, please contact us to check availability.

Scheduling Visits
Service visits are scheduled directly with the customer based on availability. Once the appointment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation with the estimated date and arrival time.

Customer Requirements
The customer must ensure safe access to the vessel at the time of the visit. If the technician is unable to access the vessel at the scheduled time, a missed visit fee may apply.

Travel Charges
Visits within Miami-Dade and Broward counties do not include any additional travel charge. For locations outside these areas, any extra charge will be communicated to the customer before the appointment is confirmed.
